Shipping policy
COST
Free shipping on every order to the United States (lower 48 states and DC). No minimum.
DOG BACK SEAT EXTENDER AND OTHER STOCKED GEAR
Ships from a warehouse in the United States. Most orders arrive in about a week. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it is on the way.
The free pet hair remover glove ships separately from the extender, so the two packages can arrive a day or two apart.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND APPAREL
Every garment is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before it ships, then 3 to 5 business days in transit. Total: about 5 to 10 business days. During busy seasons production can take a few extra days and we email you if that happens.
WRONG ADDRESSES
Check your address before you confirm. Packages returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address may be reshipped with an additional shipping charge.
