Tiendazo Viral sells two different kinds of products, and they have two different return policies. Find yours below.
DOG BACK SEAT EXTENDER AND OTHER STOCKED GEAR
You have 90 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund.
Already used is fine. Your dog can have ridden on it. We would rather you actually try it in your car than leave it in the bag.
You do not need the original packaging or the tags. And there is no restocking fee.
Return shipping is on us: we email you a prepaid return label.
90-day replacement warranty: if the fabric rips or tears, or a strap or buckle fails in normal use within 90 days of delivery, email us a photo and we ship you a replacement at no charge. This does not cover chewing, cuts, or damage from anything other than everyday use.
How to start a return: email with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item. How fast it shows up depends on your bank.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND APPAREL
Each garment is printed specifically for your order, so it is handled differently.
Damaged, defective or wrong item: we replace it at no cost. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You do not need to send the item back.
Size or change of mind: because each piece is printed to order, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for the wrong size or a change of mind. Check the size guide on each product before ordering, or write to us and we will help you pick.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel any order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped or entered production.
PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED THAT NEVER ARRIVED
If tracking says delivered but you did not receive it, tell us within 5 days and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
